I have a question regarding the anchor text. In my opinion it should contain the keywords and not include the company name. Am i right?

Can you be more specific? I know for sure that the user name on Wikipedia can not be a company name. So the ideea is to put a normal name and on the user profile to make some good content…BUT they ban your account as soon as they see a company name/link or something like that.

I should be a personality? lets say like “the best ceo in romania…works for…” Whats the trick?
